By Belinda Clarke
"One evening after my daughter was born, I went in to check on her while she was sleeping," Heard says. "To my surprise, her blanket was over her head, and she was struggling to get it away from her face." Heard says the sleeper "is an excellent solution for babies who always manage to wiggle their way out of the perfect swaddle."

"One of the first things I found despairing was the amount of breastfeeding I was doing. I really wanted to quit." Instead, she shared her anxiety with her mom and her husband.
