Don't moan. It's all good exercise. And the more you huff and puff, the quicker you'll get a good workout. That's not to say that you should push yourself hard. Remember, your body is working for two. It's normal for you to feel worn out in the first 15 minutes and soaked in sweat in 20. You're not out of shape; you're just getting in shape.

Cold Weather Considerations
All right, if I haven't convinced you to step out the door yet, it's probably because you're thinking that it is wet and cold. That's why it's important to dress for the weather. Waterproof and moisture-wicking layers (to draw moisture away from your skin) are key. You need gear to stay warm, but your fetus doesn't. The truth is that your body does an excellent job of keeping your growing fetus insulated and fed. But you can go from drenched in sweat to chilled and shivering within minutes of resting. So, bundle up

When most people think winter sports, they think mountains. Heads up: You need to watch out for altitude during pregnancy. The good news is that most resorts are well below the 10,000-foot maximum for what is considered safe during pregnancy. Besides, that's the altitude at the summit – and you'll only be up there a minute or two. What counts is the altitde at the base, where you are spending most of your time. During pregnancy, it is safest to exercise below 6,000 feet. So if you're heading out on a trail, check its altitude: Anything below 6,000 feet is safe for your growing fetus.
