The weekend my husband and I found out I was pregnant we spent nearly four hours on the phone calling everyone we knew. The only person who did not know was my mom. She and my dad had just left on a trip to Canada and would not be returning for a few days.

The day she got home I called her with the intention of telling her. We were talking and she said you know I had a weird dream this weekend that you were having a baby. She said she had told her mom about the dream and just couldn't shake it. She said to her mom that she just had a feeling that she would be a grandma soon.

I let her know right then that she would be a grandma in nine months and she was thrilled. A mother's intuition must stay with her her whole life!
