This is our first baby and my husband and I are more than excited to welcome our little bundle of joy, Shawn Joseph, into the world. He is due in the early days of May and I am about 23 weeks along now. Joseph and I are still very young. He is turning 21 in June and I'll be 20 in August.

We got married shortly after finding out that we were expecting. We had been dating for a year when we got pregnant but we had already been engaged since we first started dating. I guess you could say that it really was love at first sight.

I had a feeling that I was pregnant but I waited almost three months to take a test. We were so excited to find out and decided to get married before the baby arrived. We got married on December 7, 2007, in a beautiful ceremony.

Even though we are still young and living with my mom we are loving married life and are working toward getting a place of our own before Shawn is born.
