Nausea during pregnancy is quite common. Unfortunately, the term "morning sickness" doesn't always apply. Nausea can hit at work, while grocery shopping or in the car. Luckily there are some take-along remedies that can help ease the symptoms.
A well-stocked anti-nausea kit can help a mom-to-be fight back against an unhappy stomach. Here are some tips on what to include in your kit, which can be packed in a small, portable bag so it can easily be thrown into your purse before you leave the house.

"Ginger is really one of the most helpful tools to help a woman with her nausea and vomiting," says Michelle Collins, a certified nurse-midwife on the academic faculty of the midwifery program at Vanderbilt University. "One of the easiest ways to obtain it is by drinking ginger root tea. Some grocery stores carry the ginger tea; or most certainly one should be able to find it a health food store." Ginger tea bags could be easily packed in your anti-nausea kit.
Other convenient ginger products include Queasy Pops, Preggie Pops or Preggie Pop Drops, which are suckers or lozenges made with ginger and other ingredients that will help with nausea.
