Pregnancy After Infertility or Loss

Life after Miscarriage

Preparing for a Healthy Pregnancy After Miscarriage

Take it from a woman who has experienced miscarriage twice: "There is life after miscarriage," says Christine Walker, a mother of three healthy children.

Her first miscarriage occurred in September of 1999. She was 10 weeks along during her first pregnancy. Walker's main symptom was having thick, brownish discharge for two days. She called her doctor, who told her to come in for an ultrasound. Sadly, the pictures showed no heartbeat.

About 20 percent of pregnancies end in miscarriage.

Two months later, she conceived again. She and her husband Dave welcomed their oldest son, Schuyler, into the world in July 2000. They had another healthy baby, Connor, in August 2002.

The roller coaster ride continued when she experienced a second miscarriage in April 2003, and then delivered a third child, daughter Sloane, in March 2004.

Hi Beautiful ladies,

I know how it feels after miscarriage, I have been married for 11 years and i have lost 8th child and recently after 6 weeks of pregancy again ( after undergoing ivf process) and im 37 now and still not giving up hope and trying my level best to fight with my emotion. Its very painful we need to get over it and take further action for coming future.

I have done and gone so many types of alternatives just to get result and still i failed.
The finding i found out recently is maybe be due to my hemoglobin was low all this time due to that zygote could not grow, another finding that we are looking at is the yeast infection or any type of viruses has effected my whole journey of being a mum. I really don’t know what exactly went wrong. At times at middle of night i cry alone worrying im not able to be mum, and if I give up now it would be too late…I still fighting with my motherhood journey…you are not alone there….lets pray god will give us strength to go through it and beautiful child in our life soon. God bless..stay calm and strong we will get over it soon. ( remember you are not alone) someone is watching us …

Remember that there's a rainbow after the rain. If you need help, Internet is here. There are lots of sites that can really help you, I know painful but it shouldn't stop anyone to be pregnant again.

I had a miscarriage just over 3 weeks ago and am finding it extremely hard to deal with it. Sometimes it feels like it just happened yesterday and the pain is almost unbearable. I want to try again ASAP and I am waiting for my period so we can try again. I've recently started blogging about it to try to get my emotions out. I was inspired to do this because I read another woman's blog and it helped me a lot. you can read mine here; http://istherelifeaftermiscarriage.wordpress.com/
