When I first found out I was pregnant, I was so shocked that I took five pregnancy tests. My boyfriend thought I was playing when I told him because I had just started taking birth control pills. By my 8th week my morning sickness was really starting to kick my butt. The only thing I could eat was chicken and mashed potatoes from KFC, which was weird because I hate fried chicken.
One night at 11 my craving was getting worse, and I called my boyfriend to go to KFC for me, who lives 20 minutes from me. Do you know he told me no? I was so mad that I started crying and cussing him out and telling him how insensitive he was. I didn't even give him a chance to respond. I simply hung up the phone and went to KFC myself, crying the whole way.
When I arrived, guess who pulled up behind me? My boyfriend with a big smile on his face. I felt so bad for what I did that I was too embarrassed to say anything. He just handed me my meal and said he loved me. Now I am 22 weeks pregnant and my cravings have changed, but my boyfriend hasn't.
