I had just finished grocery shopping and was trying to think of what to make for supper as I was loading the groceries into my car. As I was shutting my truck I looked up and saw the Fazoli's sign across the parking lot. "That's it," I thought. "I'll quick go through the drive through and pick up dinner."

I saw cars nicely parked in a row across from each other with about four car lengths in between. I thought, "Great, I can get there without having to go all around the parking lot and enter from the road."

I was going a nice speed across the parking lot and was almost to Fazoli's when my car stopped abruptly. I was somewhat perplexed as I checked and my engine was still running. I opened the door of my Beretta (which is quite low to the ground) and was amazed when I saw a cement parking block sticking out several feet from under my car.

I got out, not an easy thing to do 7 months pregnant from a low setting vehicle, and kind of scratched my head wondering what I was going to do. I got back in and tried forward and reverse. No luck.
