I'm 24 and expecting my first child. My husband and I have been together for four years, married for nine weeks. My whole life I knew I wanted to be a mom. But to some surprise, we never got pregnant, even though we tried for years.
I was told not too long ago that I had endometriosis, and that there was a possibility that we would never have children of our own. This crushed me. To my surprise, I went in for a test to see how bad the endometriosis was, and there it was! The size of a lima bean with nubs visible. It moved me into shakes and tears. The one thing in life I wanted most came to me on my honeymoon night.
