The wackiest thing I've done through pregnancy (so far) was last week. I flew to Boston to visit a cousin I haven't seen for three years. Right before exiting the plane, I stuffed a baby pillow in my shorts, so I'd look more pregnant.
He looked shocked when he saw me, but said nothing other than he's never seen me anything but thin. Here I was 6 months pregnant and sticking out like the baby might drop at any moment.
We went through the airport to the car rental and to his apartment where his roommate had a similar reaction. I waddled around for two hours before the roommate couldn't hold his tongue about his surprise on how big I was. "I know, it's just too big," I said as I yanked the pillow out. Their shock, exclamations and red faces were priceless – wish I had filmed it.
