My due date was December 10, and my daughter's birthday was November 20. So we had her party the weekend before Thanksgiving, and planned to get Arianna's pictures done on her birthday. Well, Jaisean had other plans.
At 6 a.m. on November 20, I started having contractions. I waited until 7:30 to call my mom, and figured they would send me home. By the time we got to the hospital, my contractions were four minutes apart and I was up to 5 centimeters. So we never made it to get the pictures done because at 11:19 a.m., Jaisean Anthony was born. He was three weeks early, and weighed 5 pounds, 7 ounces, and was 18 inches long. So now I will do one party – two cakes and separate birthday pictures. Our Thanksgiving included one more word of thanks.
