Janet Gregory of Pine Township, Pa., is just glad she never was a stomach sleeper. Late in her pregnancy with her twin boys, Reed and Robert, she was constantly trying to find a comfortable position, even on her side.
"Pillows, pillows and more pillows, that was my secret," Gregory says. "I had
one of those full body pillows that I would put along my back to kind of lean
against, and then five or six very soft regular-sized pillows that I would use
to tuck in wherever I felt I needed support. That would help me sleep comfortably
for an hour or two, until I got uncomfortable in that position; then I'd wake
up and rearrange everything."
Studies show a strong connection between fatigue and preterm labor. |

Gregory didn't let her husband off the hook, either, saying that she would wake him up to help with the rearrangement just so he didn't "miss out on the fun of a multiple pregnancy."
