Quick update
I went to the Doctor's yesterday. I am right at 4 cm dilated. Still haven't felt a contraction - I guess. She told me that if I don't have this baby before then, she will induce me at 5:30 in the morning on Wednesday, September 8.
I so do not want to be induced! From everything I've heard and read, induction makes the contractions come so hard and fast that I doubt I'll be able to hold out and not have an epidural. Needless to say, I will probably begin walking when I leave work this evening and not stop until 5:29 Wednesday morning - if I don't begin labor before then.
The one good thing about all of this is that at least there is an end in sight - by Wednesday night/Thursday morning, we'll have our baby! We will finally meet this little gymnast who has already made us very happy and who I am sure will continue to fill our lives with joy.
If you are prayerful, please keep us in your prayers. I will update as soon as I can after the birth - my damn computer at home has some sort of virus, so of course, I cannot access the 'net from home.
