37 weeks, 3 days
It is exactly one week until my c-section. In fact, by this time next week my daughter will be born (unless there is some sort of scheduling conflict). Scary. I am getting nervous. I've decided to go for the c-section, but if I go into labor prior to April 9th, then I will try for the VBAC. I will take it as a sign that I have to at least try.
Other than that, not much is new. I am trying to get our house organized and ready for this baby. I'm cleaning like a mad woman so that the house isn't a mess when my mom arrives. I know she won't care, but I'll feel better. I keep asking Greg to put the baby swing together, but he says we have plenty of time. I think I'm just going to put it together myself. I know how to use a screwdriver. It can't be that difficult.
One last note. Brendan seems to be excited about his sister. I told him that he only has one more week of daycare left and he said, "And then Rosie comes!" and clapped his hands. Oh, typing the name Rosie reminds me that we don't have a name picked yet. One more thing to add to my list!
