Hello everyone!
Well, yesterday was just a blast. I was scheduled for my GTT and so I got to the office at the time I was supposed to (9 AM) and the nurse calls me back and tells me that because of my insurance I have to go to St Joseph to get my test done. My doctor has privileges at both hospitals in town and her office happens to be at Howard Community. My offical dr appt is at 10:40 AM. I drive to St Joe and get checked in and finally called back. When I get the stuff to drink it is about 9:45 so they don't draw my blood until 10:45. I didn't get back to the office until almost 11. I just wish someone would have told me before that I needed to go to the other hospital and all would have been well!
Other than that it was just the usual. Weight, blood pressure, heartbeat, measure my stomach. I did ask my doctor when was the right time to discuss the labor and she suggested waiting until after my classes are over. She did however tell me that she is pretty much non intervention unless the baby is in trouble and she is willing to let me do what is best for me. I had heard that but it is just better to hear it from her. I want to do this natural and she is all behind me on that. We will see I guess!
Well, I will get off her now. Belly rubs to all!
