Chevie's Diary Entries

30 weeks, 10 to go!! (By the time this will be read, I will be 31 weeks.)

Hello Ladies,

I hope that I get this entry in before the deadline... I have been so busy I haven't had a chance to get this done.

Well, not much has been happening with me lately, just a doctor's appointment yesterday and an ultrasound today. Yesterday's appointment went fine with the exception of having to wait two hours after my scheduled time to see the doc. I gained 2 pounds and am right on track with everything else. At my ultrasound today I learned that my little boy isn't so little right now. At 31 weeks he is supposed to be measuring at about 3-3 1/2 pounds, but he is weighing in at about 4 1/2 pounds. All the doctor kept saying was I was going to be having a big baby. He is still due at the same time, he's just BIG!! I have my next appointment on July 7, the day before my baby shower.

Jaydon has been very active lately and letting me know that he is doing just fine inside my belly. His kicks, punches, nudges and elbows can be felt at almost any time of the day. He is large enough to see him move on the outside, so my DH is enjoying that.

I can't believe that I only have 10 weeks to go. I hardly have anything ready. I still have to finish cleaning out his room, and get the house a little more organized. I am the most disorganized person that I know. I thought that I would have plenty of time still, but it is catching up to me and I am scurrying around trying to get prepared.

Well, I will talk to you all later. I have to get some work done.

Take Care,

Chevie & Jaydon
