19 weeks
I don't have much to report in the way of the baby this week. I have REALLY started to show. I'm pretty much only comfortable in maternity clothes now.
I did want to mention that I'm so excited because one of my closest friends is pregnant, too. She's due at the end of July, but will be induced at 36 weeks (July 5) to avoid some of the complications she had with her other deliveries. I'm so happy for her and her husband and the chance to share this wonderful experience with her. Our babies will be in the same class at Mother's Day Out and at church. Our daughters are best friends, too. So we hang out a lot, too. I worried before because when you have a new baby it seems like you don't have much in common with your other friends that have older kids. So now we'll be on the same page again. We can compare our 3-year-olds' behavior and our babies' development. I'm so excited, as you can tell!
We are finally done in the girls' room. I think having it done so early will help Baylie get used to everything that's changing. Believe me it's a LOT that's changing. We had no baby stuff around before. Toys aren't even allowed downstairs! My cats are really enjoying having the cradle out. They love to sleep in it. I didn't wash the bedding before I put it in because I knew they would get hair all in it. They did with Baylie, too. I'll have to wash the bedding and close the doors right before Camryn comes. I took a picture of them snuggling in it. I'll post it soon.
