I thought I'd give a quick update since I was too tired to report about the baby shower Carin and Mary threw us this weekend. It was very nice. Mary made lasagne from scratch. Yum! Before dinner we opened gifts. We got lots of neat things for the nursery, so that's done now. I thought it was especially nice that a few of the people brought a gift for Baylie. She enjoyed that. After dinner we played cards, which I love to do! So it was a fun time.
I left a message today asking the nurse what she thought about the numbness I've been having in my left leg. It started in mid-March and happens everytime I'm walking around or standing for more than an hour or so. I wonder if there's anything I can do to help it. I have been swelling in my ankles and hands. I try to put my feet up and drink lots of water.
Friday we have our Massage and Relaxation class for labor support. I'm so excited. I think it will really help Kirt and I communicate during labor. Plus, all the backrubs to practice won't hurt either!
The only other thing I've noticed it that I'm getting so big that I have to scoot to the edge of the chair to get up. I think Camryn's growing, because she doesn't really kick, she scrapes now. I've been watching to see if I notice anybody parts, but I haven't yet. My next appointment is next Friday, so I'll update after that!
