35 weeks, 5 days
I had another appointment today because my doctor will be out of town the rest of the week. I gained one pound, and I am measuring 40 weeks now. I was surprised. it's only been four days since I was measuring 39 weeks. Geez! My blood pressure was 100/50.
Anyway, I told the doctor I had contractions last night for a couple of hours and that they were painful. I didn't time them, because I didn't want to get my hopes up. I had more for about 1 1/2 hours this morning too. Since I've been home I noticed that I'm losing some of my mucous plug, so that's always a good sign. The doctor suggested I have my bags ready, because all her patients are having babies early right now. I would LOVE to go early with her measuring ahead so far. I guess the contractions are doing some good, because I am a fingertip dialated. Woohoo! I think I'm going to brew up some of that Raspberry tea Wendy told me about. Let's see what happens! My next appointment is Thursday, May 24th. I'll be 37 weeks, and I assume we'll schedule a sonogram after that appointment.
