12 weeks old
Camryn, today you are tweleve weeks old. Things are so different with you around. We all love you so much.
Your sister is the proudest sister I ever saw. She loves it when I dress you in matching outfits! She loves to hold you and is a big help getting things for me.
I was looking through a book your Grandma Jackie gave me when I was about to have Baylie and I read a prayer I wanted to share with you.
Prayer of Gratitude
Father, you gave me an angel.
Straight from heaven,
born on earth,
this child rests here in my arms,
purity personified,
innocence esconded in the essence of perfection.
Mere hours old,
already she has filled our lives with joy and light and love.
One tiny emissary of peace,
one unblemished hope for tomorrow's happiness.
Praise to You, Father, for this most precious gift You've shared.
Pleas to You, Father, for aid in rasing her to always be as self-contented as she is today.

I pray that God will guide us to raise two Godly women who love Him with all their hearts. Who esteem Him. Who will raise their daughters to love the Lord.
Last night Daddy and I joined a new church. We know that this is the place for our family to learn and grow. In two weeks, we will participate in the baby dedication cermony. At that time we will promise to guide you towards God in front of the whole church. I hope as you read this some day you will be proud of the job we did.
So many things have happened since you were born. Last week you rolled from your tummy to your back. I laid you down for nap and then when I went to wake you up, you were on you were on your back! I was so surprised! Last night, while Daddy and I were at the church you rolled from your back to your tummy at Grandma Jackie's! At first, she thought Baylie rolled you over!
Even as I sit here and write, I can hea you "talking" and laughing in the playroom with Dad and Baylie. What a beautiful sound. I wonder what your first word will be. Will it be "MaMa" like Baylie?
Your smile is so contagious! Your gummy grin lights up the room. I'm not the only one who thinks so, either. You like your binky so far. Baylie used one for a while, but switched to thumb-sucking (which she STILL does!). I'm such a sucker for her the way she looks with her thumb in her nouth when she's sleeping, Dad will probably have to walk her down the aisle with her thumb in her mouth...
These past few days you have begun to pick up your head & shoulders from the carseat. You're getting so strong.
I hope you enjoyed my thoughts when I was pregnant and I hope you will enjoy my thoughts as you grow up.
We love you,
Daddy, Mommy, and Baylie
