What a busy week we had last week. Kirt took off work early Thursday and all day Friday so we could go to San Antonio and see Grampa at Grandma Mary's. Baylie has decided to call him "little PaPa" since he's so short. Kirt says he wasn't always that short, but he's had so many surgeris on his hips and knees that he's shrunk! We all got a kick out of the new name.
We also had family pictures done with PaPa, Grandma Mary, Aunt Carin, Kirt, Me & the girls. Camryn has been teething lately, so in every picture she was screaming with her arms sticking out! Oh boy, won't that be fun to show her some day. I guess I need to get her pics done again then, because I do want something I can show people without having to explain why she was grouchy and that she's normally very happy.
Camryn is feeling better now, but the teeth haven't broken through, so this is not the last we hear from them! When Camryn was 10 weeks she was 12lbs 5oz. At 14 weeks she was 12lbs 11oz. So she didn't really have a growth spurt at three months like they say to expect. Since 10 weeks she has eaten every three hours and either sleeps all night or gets up once. How wonderful it's been. Now since Thursday she has decided to get up several times a night. I assune she's going through her growth spurt now. We got up every couple of hours last night. The only problem with my breastfed baby going through a growth spurt is that she won't extend her feeding times so they space back out. With Baylie, who was bottlefed, I would just up her ounces and she would level back out. One of my firen'ds said she will probably nurse often to up my supply, then slow back down. I hope so. It's time for us to start cereal, so that may help also. I can't believe she's 16 weeks tomorrow! Wow!
Kirt and I made a very exciting decision this past week. We decided to go ahead and have another baby. We know what it's like to have kids four years apart. It's nice. But we know we want three now and so we hope we space the next baby much closer together. I think this is a good plan. The babies will grow up together instead of one at a time. Baylie goes to kindergarten next year and Camryn will only be a year old. That would be an ideal time to have another baby.
I spoke to my doctor and he agreed that since I have the Endometriosis and PCOS now is my best chance to get pregnant again. Every month that goes past lowers my chances. So, yes, we are prepared to be pregnant immediatly and we are also know that it may be another struggle. Things will fall into place as God intends for them to be. That's one thing I realize now more than when we were trying to get pregnant with Camryn. Not my time, but His.
