Pixie Bella Richard Sephton was born at 1:50 p.m. Thursday afternoon, 25 November 1999. She weighed a delicate 5 pounds, 14 ounces, has a mop of silky dark brown hair and a whimsical expression. She is tiny and exquisite and lives up to her name.
New mother is sore but estatic. Father is madly in love.
