Hello again!
Here I am in my 15th week and things are going very smoothly. I have started to feel the baby move. It is very slight but definitely something going on in there!
Since last week, my headache has gotten better. I still get one a day but not as bad as it was. I think the cause is between my sinuses and hormones. Who knows! I had headaches a lot when I was PG with Taylor too so it doesn't surprise me at all. I just hope they continue to get better and don't get as bad as they were last week. That is NO FUN!
DH and I are going to go to California to see his parents this weekend. It is a last minute trip and we got a great deal on airfare so we can't pass it up! Our good friend works for the airline so we just have to pay mileage - it comes out to be about $80 round trip for each of us. We are excited and so are his parents! They haven't seen Taylor since her 1st birthday! We will only be there for a few days but it is better than nothing. It will be nice to get away for a few days anyway. We plan on going to the Supercross while we are there with his brother and wife. Grandma and Grandpa will enjoy spending some time with Taylor that day.
I had to change my next OB visit from 2/2/01 to 2/12/01. My OB office is very busy and they are completely booked until that day! We won’t be here for the appt on the 2nd so I had no choice! Kind of bothers me but what can you do? At least now the wait from this appt to my 20-wk ultrasound won’t be so long. That appt is scheduled for 3/9/01 and there is no way I am going to change it!
Taylor is doing well with her sleeping. She still wakes up in the middle of the night for a few minutes and cries but it doesn’t take her long to get herself back to sleep. The other night I ended up going in her room to calm her because she sounded like she was really upset. Come to find out, she had just cut a tooth! No wonder she was so upset!! I didn’t even realize she was teething again! I only noticed it last night when we were playing with her and she was laughing. There was this tooth just cut through the gums. Well, at least she didn’t get her normal symptoms of a stuffy/runny nose with this one. It looks like she might be ready to cut another one just below this most recent one. Teething is no fun and look, we get to do it all over again now!!! HA HA, oh well, that is just one of those things we as parents deal with. They seem to grow up so fast that it will all be over before we even realize it!
