Well we are almost there! I am getting very excited! We still haven't cleaned out the nursery or put the crib up but that is the plan for this weekend.
Things are going well for us. I am getting bigger by the day and very ready for this baby to arrive. I am very uncomfortable still. The contractions have eased up but I still get several a day - nothing that doesn't go away after some rest.
I started working full time on June 4th and that is going well - it is hard to get use to after being on a part time schedule for 2yrs but it is nice to get the extra money. I only have a couple more weeks until I begin my maternity leave anyway.
In other news, on June 4th we got news that the company I work for has been sold to a company in FL. So I won't have a job after the baby is born and that has been pretty stressful but Glenn and I have decided to not worry about it until after we have the baby. I have a nice severance package coming to me that will cover me for a good 4 months. So we have a little time to figure out what we are going to do. It came as quite a shock to us all! I am trying to look at this as an opportunity rather than a bad thing. I have been with this company for going on 7yrs now and maybe it is time for a change anyway. When one door shuts one is opened.
Well that is it for now. I hope to make another update soon and for sure will give an update once the baby comes!!!!
