Sorry it's been so long since I updated my diary. I've been so busy. I'm glad summer is coming to an end. I am ready for fall.
This is my final week of grooming. I've told all my customers that I'm finished until after the baby is here and I feel up to going back to it. They all understand. It's just getting to hard for me to do them. I've also been trying to get some christmas stuff done. That seems weird to say but I need to get it done early just in case. :-) I'm making a quilt for my mom and dad and I'm just about done with the top. Then I send it it to be machine quilted.
My next project is painting the baby's room. I've got all the crib bedding so now I can make a matching cover for the twin bed. I'm hoping by the end of the month I can get to Babies R Us to register. So far my SIL is planning my shower for Dec. 1st.
We started our childbirth prep classes a few weeks ago. They are pretty fun. It's really preparing DH for delivery. I've read so much about it all ready but watching the movies at every class fills him in on what to expect. He gets more excited every week. On our way home he always says," I wish he was here all ready!!" Me too!! Only 3 months to go though and I'm sure it will be here before we know it. I go to the DR on Wed. and then every other week until Dec. and then once a week. I can't believe the third trimester is here. I remember how nervous we were just to get through the first 3 months. Now we're in the last 3.
Not too much is going on with my pregnancy. He's sure an active little baby at times. He also has his quiet times too. I feel great most of the time. My hips bother me a lot. Especially at might. I have a hard time sleeping sometimes. I'll be curious to see my weight gain at my next appt. So far I've gained 20 lbs. and have had to by a bigger bra. I started out in a 34C and now am in a 36D. What will the last 3 months bring??? I also measured myself with toilet paper the other day and am 8 and 1/2 squares. Not too bad for 6 months along!!
Congratulations to the new mommies who have had their babies lately. And I hope all is well over on the precon diaries. Any good news lately???
