Jenni's Diary Entries

Diary Navigation:

October 9, 2002

Greetings all!! Thank you for the warm welcome to the diary pages, I appreciate it. I just thought I would write a few things down while I have a free moment, and while I am not sick and crabby!!:)

It has been wonderful weather here in Nebraska and I have been enjoying some nice walks with our dog! I have been feeling pretty good for the last week or so, and have finally rejoined the human race!:) For awhile there, especially with the bronchitis, I felt totally awful. I still get sick about every third night after dinner but have gotten pretty good at breathing through it without throwing up!! I am still very tired, but it is slowly getting better and I actually stayed up past 10 the other night!:)

As far as I know, everything is going fine with the baby. I have our first official OB appointment next Monday, October 14. I can feel my tummy getting harder and it is so exciting. The funny thing is that I often press around on my tummy and if Eric sees me he tells me to "stop pressing on the baby's house"...it is so cute the way he says it!!:) I am officially starting the weaning down of my prometrium...down to one a day until the 16th...YEAH, I will be so glad when those nasty things are done!!:)

We went to a huge children's consignment sale in our area that they hold twice a year. It was so awesome to actually be buying stuff for our own little baby!! We bought 23 outfits (green, yellow, some blue), 5 pairs of shoes, a boppy pillow, and a baby backpack thing!!! We had so much fun and only spent about $100. I really love this baby shopping thing!!

I guess that is enought for now, I will write again on Monday after our appointment!! Thanks for reading, have a great weekend!
