What a wonderful day. We had our ultrasound. It was great. Its a BOY!!! we are so thrilled. I really thought it was a girl but everyone has been telling me boy, guess I was wrong!!
The Tech was awesome and spent about an hour showing us where everything was and telling us how good the baby looked. It was so cool to see the baby moving around in there and we even saw him punch me a couple of times. He was a little stubborn and she had to push him around a bit to see all of him.
We are going to my parents tonight to tell them. we bought a little blue picture frame and copied the ultrasound photos for them. We already told Eric's family since they are out of town...they were thrilled. this will be the fourth grandson for his parents...his sister has 3 boys. My brother and his girlfriend know also, we saw them at Kinkos when we were copying the photos...my brother tells me that the baby is practicing his basketball in there and he will have a killer jump shot!:) (My brother is into basketball big time)
The little guy has a name and it is so exciting to be able to think of him as a little boy!!! His name is Carson James (Eric's grandfather is Carson, and my grandfather was James).
Until next time...
Jen and Carson (edd 5/2/03)
