Beautiful Baby Boy!!!!!!!!! :-D

Here is how our day went~
This morning I got up and took the kids to school. I was so nervious with excitment that I actually had trouble sleeping last night. Then after dropping them off, I came back home and got ready for my appointment. Mark and I left the house a little early so we could have breakfast together in Victoria. Afterwards we ran by the store to buy a blank video tape for my ultrasound.
After arriving at the doctors, I only had to wait about 10 minutes before they called my name. We went back and I was weighed and my blood pressure was taken. Both were great!
Then it was time for the ultrasound and we went in. I was so excited that I nearly forgot to give her the tape to record the baby. Mark grabed it and gave it to her and then it was time. She placed the wand on my belly and we saw our little man, in FULL view right away. She asked "Ummm did you want to know what you are having?" We said "yes". And she said "Oh good, cause that's his *boy part* right there"! LOL! We were SO thrilled and I started bawling like a baby. Mark had to run over and grab some tissues for me. We watched in amazement as our son moved around in his own little water world. She took her time looking at all of the internal organs, heart, spine, head, legs, arms and even those tiny little toes. Everything was perfect, normal and healthy. Nothing could have thrilled us more.
Our son's name is Christian Elijah Davis and he will be born by C-section around my due date of May 19th. I cannot explain the awesome feeling I have of knowing that I have a beautiful, healthy baby inside of me. Every fear has been erased and now I can bask in the joy of being pregnant for the last time. I will treasure these last 4 months so that they will never leave my memory. :-)
And now, I am off to watch the video of Christian and stare in amazement at my little miricle.
~To my baby, I cannot wait until the day you are in my arms. I will be here for you until the end of time, just as a Mommy should. I love you Christian!
