When we saw the new LOTR (good show, btw) on Saturday, I started noticing some swelling. I had swelling in my hands and legs and feet. I laid down at 9pm on my left side and kept drinking water. I felt better Sun. morning, but my hands were still hurting and I stayed home from church. I saw my dr. today and I've gained 5 pounds since 12/18!! Can we say water retention? My bp is inching up at each appt. but still okay. I go in again on the 12th.
We had a nice slow Christmas and it was very enjoyable! We went to Christmas eve service, but skipped Christmas day. We slept in and had a late Christmas dinner - a very slow day. It was very odd knowing that next year at Christmas eve service, we'll have a baby with us!
Not much else going on here. I'm tired a lot, but it's hard to sleep at night or to nap during the day...so I'm just tired. Speggie will be here in 9 or so weeks (hopefully in 6 weeks!)
I'll update after the appt. on the 12th.
