Generally pesticides are sprayed along baseboards and not into the air, but it would be wise to try to avoid touch contact with those areas. Unfortunately, there is really no good information or scientific data about home pesticides and pregnancy. There is enough data to support the use of topical sprays to avoid mosquito bites and tick bites, so as to minimize the risk of West Nile infection and Lyme's disease which are quite dangerous in pregnant women.
