Expert Q&A
I am 26 weeks along and looking for specific exercises to stay toned. Can you suggest some ideas?
During pregnancy, your body changes to accommodate a growing baby. It is important to strengthen the shoulders and upper back, abdominals and legs. I would suggest squats against the wall for your legs, doing push-ups against the wall for your upper body and using the Tupler Technique, a series of focused breathing exercises, to target your abdominals.
