Expert Q&A
I am 38 weeks into my pregnancy. I have been working out my entire pregnancy and now I have been only working out two to three times a week, with cardio for 30-45 minutes and light weight-lifting. I just don't have the desire to work out anymore but I do it because I know it's great for me. I have always been into working out even before getting pregnant; it's just that lately I am not into it as much. Is it OK to just work out two or three times a week right now?
You're doing fantastic! What you've done so far will benefit you far into your recovery from labor. Two to three times a week of weights and cardio is great! Keep up the good work.
