Yes and no. The meat will not marinate while frozen, but if you add marinade to your meat in a freezer bag, it will marinate while it freezes, stop when actually frozen, and then continue to marinate again while it thaws. This is a great way to add flavor and save time. I often think of marinating about an hour before dinner is due and am sorry when I haven't followed this technique.
