Expert Q&A
Question:
Do you know of any dips I can freeze in small portions?
Answer:

Here are a few recipes that can be frozen. I\'m not sure how well fresh salsa would do in the freezer. Fresh tomatoes and peppers can turn mushy and watery after freezing them. If you have a favorite recipe to wish to try, I would suggest first using a small sample from the next batch you make and freezing it to see how it works for you. If it retains all its original qualities then go ahead and freeze a batch. I hope you like these recipes. I am throwing in one very easy non-freezer recipe that takes only minutes to prepare and the ingredients are easy to keep on had.
