For the skin of supermodels (which is airbrushed in a lot of cases), it's what you do not eat, as much as what you do eat.
Saturated fats, simple, refined sugar, chemicals and additives found in food and junk food (it did not get its name for no reason) will all contribute to poor quality skin that we suffer with and agonize over.
Remember that our skin is our largest breathing organ and needs plenty of TLC – and water! A plant-based diet high in fiber with a reasonable amount of vegetable fat will keep our skin glowing. Whole grains, vegetables, fruit, beans, soy foods, olive, avocado and nut oils will all contribute to the glowing complexion we all crave.
