Try getting on your hands and knees with your belly dangling loose and do some pelvic rocking or "tail wagging." Alternate this with equal time spent side-lying and then getting up and swaying your hips. Do a round robin of about 10 minutes to 15 minutes per position, first hands and knees, then side-lying, then up and swaying. Hopefully, if Baby's position is causing the stall, these actions will help reposition Baby.
Be aware, if Baby rotates and drops into a better position, labor could come on quite quickly and strongly. Be ready!"
