Naptime can be an opportunity to exercise, but women often look at the dishes, the laundry, or other chores and feel that they need to postpone exercising. Then suddenly naptime is over! If this is the case for you, try setting a limit on cleaning time. Do as much as you can in 10 or 15 minutes and leave the rest for later. Give yourself 20 minutes to exercise and go from there. Maybe some days you will exercise longer, or some days you will start the next load of laundry. Either way, you will feel better at everything that you need to do when you are taking time to care for yourself and your body.
