Have you talked with your spouse about your feelings? Sometimes, just sharing your concerns and worries with someone else and getting things out in the open may make them feel less acute and painful.
If you continue to feel anxious and insecure, or you notice that these feelings are increasing or getting out of control, you might consider talking with a professional to help you sort things out. A few sessions of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy can often go a long way in helping to alleviate fears and anxieties.
